Nutrient Density Foods are foods that are high in vitamins and minerals and low in calories. Instead of spending money are supplements you should be getting them from your food intake. Your body is a machine that recognized whole foods and uses it as fuel. Your body is not a machine that recognizes foods or supplements that are created in a laboratory or pumped with hormones and and chemicals. Your body is not a wasteland do not feed it powders or potions just real food.
