Green Protein Shake

Green Protein Shake

This is a great recipe if your on the go, for breakfast, or need a complete meal (protein + complex carbohydrates). Enjoy!

1 Handful of green either Kale or Spinach

half a banana

1/4 cup of berries

Ziplock bags

Put all of the ingredients in a Ziplock bag and freeze. When your ready to use your greens and fruits grab a baggy from the freezer and throw greens and fruits in a blender. Then add what you usually use in your protein shakes (milk,water, soy milk, almond milk) and your protein powder. Then blend all of the ingredients together. Voila! A healthy shake consisting of healthy complex carbohydrates and protein! Enjoy!
